First come first served on collection launch days.
MADE TO ORDER pieces cannot be refunded. Please contact Jessica if you have any queries regarding your Stained Glass artwork.
Please allow 4-5 weeks for your commissioned piece to be made and dispatched.
Nature of Glass - Glass has imperfections and blemishes on the surface which cant be helped due to the nature of the material and how it is made. Colours and shades also vary slightly from piece to piece making each one entirely unique.
UK Shipping is 1-2 working days. All parcels are sent using Royal Mail 1st class signed for, a tracking number will be supplied. Prices start at £5 and increase depending on weight.
European shipping is 1-2 weeks depending on location. Any import duty / taxes / additional charges must be paid for by the customer. Jessica is not responsible for any additional costs once parcel has been sent. USA shipping - is 1-2 weeks depending on location. Any import duty / taxes / additional charges must be paid for by the customer. Lost or stolen parcels - Jessica is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. A claim can be filed with Royal Mail once the parcel has been declared lost or stolen. This can take up to 30 days to resolve.
Returns and damages - Jessica takes great care when packaging to ensure your Stained Glass piece is fully protected. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged due to the nature of transit, please email Jessica no later than 24 hours in receipt of goods with clear photographs of the damage.
Cancellations - Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. However this does not include made-to-order or bespoke orders. Jessica will allow a 24 hour period of cancellation to receive a full refund starting from the time your purchase was made. You must inform Jessica by email if you wish to cancel.
